Investment in Your Wellness
Investing in your mental health during the perinatal period is one of the most significant steps you can take for yourself and your growing family. I am committed to transparency and providing specialized, high-quality care that honors the unique challenges of pregnancy and postpartum transitions.
Session fees are designed to reflect the expertise and dedicated individual attention required to support your specific journey. While I do not list exact rates here to ensure flexibility for various treatment plans, I invite you to reach out for a clear discussion about fees and how we can best work together to meet your needs.
Insurance & Billing Information
Navigating the financial side of therapy should be as transparent and stress-free as possible. My practice is focused on providing high-quality, specialized care while helping you understand your coverage and payment options.
Using Out-of-Network Benefits
While I am an out-of-network provider for most plans, many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement through their insurance's 'Out-of-Network' benefits. I provide detailed superbills (itemized receipts) that you can easily submit to your insurance company.
Steps to Confirm Your Coverage:
- Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
- Ask: 'Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health (telehealth)?'
- Confirm your deductible and what percentage of the session fee is covered.
- Ask where to send superbills for reimbursement.
Session & Payment Options
Transparent session rates reflect the specialized care provided for the perinatal community. Payment is due at the time of session. I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

Common Questions
How long is a typical therapy session?
Standard individual sessions typically last 60 minutes. This allows enough time to connect, discuss your concerns, and work on therapeutic goals without feeling rushed.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots to make specialized care more accessible. If the standard fee feels like a barrier, please mention this during our consultation and we can discuss availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.
How do I use my OON benefits?
I will provide you with a monthly clinical receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company. Many plans will then mail a reimbursement check directly to you for a portion of the session cost.
